problem
So, before I started trying to lose weight, I only ate about 1000 calories a day. Not because I was restricting or counting calories, I just don’t each much! Now that I’m eating about 1500 calories and exercising almost daily, I’m finding it EXTREMELY hard to lose weight, and I’m actually gaining a little. Can anyone help me with this? Am I don’t something wrong?

30 Day Shred
I’m a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig skeptic on the workout videos that promise big results in a small amount of time. But since this video was made by the fitness goddess Jillian Micheals, I figured it was worth a shot. So I just did day one of the 30 day shred, and it buuuuuuuuuuuuurned. I think if I keep on the workouts and manage my diet, maybe this will help me lose the last few pounds.
